"I must tell everyone what a wonderful experience I had with this store. My dog injured himself playing fetch and now must undergo a bilaterial TPLO surgery to repair his torn ACL ligaments. These hold your dogs rear leg knee joints (Stifle Joint) in place to enable him to stand and walk. Anyway we had him taken in for emergency surgery and I knew I needed a Sling to support him when he got home and to work with him during his recovery. I ordered the Super Rx sling on line after hours and asked that it be shipped overnight in the comment line as there was no provision in the order form. The next day Ginny called me to inform me that she had personally called the shipment company to make sure that the product had shipped out next day. She did this without holding up my shipment for the extra freight charges as her main concern was to get the item to me in time for helping my dog. I spoke with her on the phone and she was wonderful. I am giving all of my friends Doolittle's web address and encouraging them to deal with this company!!!
